How we handle your data, and everyone else’s.
This Privacy Policy explains what Corvanth LLC (“Corvanth,” “we,” “us”) collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It covers our website and the messaging services we operate on behalf of our customers.
1. Our role, and our customer’s
Corvanth provides messaging and automation software to business customers — primarily insurance agencies. When an agency uses our service to communicate with its own contacts, the agency decides who is contacted and why; we process that information on the agency’s behalf and under its instructions.
In plain terms: the agency is responsible for having permission to contact you, and we are responsible for honoring that permission and your choices without exception. If you were contacted by an agency using our platform and want your information corrected or removed, you can contact either the agency or us directly (see section 11).
2. Information we collect
We collect only what the service needs to function.
From our business customers
- Account and billing details — business name, contact name, email address, telephone number, and billing information.
- Configuration you provide, such as the display name your contacts see.
About the people our customers contact
- Contact details supplied by our customer — typically name, telephone number, email address, and general location.
- Records of consent, including how and when permission to contact was obtained.
- Message content and metadata for conversations conducted through the service, including timestamps, direction, and delivery status.
- Scheduling information, such as an appointment time, when one is arranged.
Automatically, from our website
- Standard server and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and referring page.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies on this website.
We do not ask for or knowingly collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical information through our messaging service. Where a conversation leads to an appointment, any detailed information is collected by the agency directly, not by us.
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and support the service.
- To send messages our customers have asked us to send, to recipients who have consented to receive them.
- To verify consent before each message is sent, and to record and honor opt-out requests.
- To route conversations to the appropriate person at the agency.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use our customers’ contact data to train machine-learning models for other customers or for our own general-purpose models, and we do not share it between customers.
4. Mobile numbers, SMS, and your consent
We do not share mobile numbers
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only with the subcontractors that help us deliver messages — for example our telecommunications provider — and only so that the message you asked to receive can reach you.
How you opt in
You receive messages only if you gave the agency permission to contact you — for example by submitting a form requesting information or a quote. That consent record is attached to your contact information and is checked before every message we send.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your conversation. You can expect up to 4 messages per month.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan and carrier; Corvanth does not charge you for messages.
How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages. Opt-outs take effect immediately and permanently, and apply across every channel we use to contact you. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at Ops@corvanth.com or 505-814-9114.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. Consent and opt-out records are retained for four to five years so that we can demonstrate compliance. When a customer’s account ends, their data is returned or deleted in accordance with our agreement with them, except where retention is legally required.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting staff access to what their role requires. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us what information we hold about you. Depending on your state or country, you may also have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using section 11. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
9. Children
Our service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date below and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
